The gin for today is Bluecoat, known as the Original American Dry Gin. It is distilled in Philadelphia with American citrus peel and organic juniper berries. It tastes quite sweet with a lovely hint of zest from all that citrus peel.
I love writing about gin, So here are my gin picks for February… Happy Drinking Gin Lovers!
This gin has been a favourite for a while, it tastes a lot softer than other traditional gins. Whitley Neill is London distilled gin but uses African botanicals including extracts from the Baobab Tree. It is also distilled in a 100-year copper pot still. This gin tastes nice with Fever Tree Indian Tonic water with lime as a garnish.
