I love writing about gin, So here are my gin picks for February… Happy Drinking Gin Lovers!

Whitley Neill

This gin has been a favourite for a while, it tastes a lot softer than other traditional gins. Whitley Neill is London distilled gin but uses African botanicals including extracts from the Baobab Tree. It is also distilled in a 100-year copper pot still. This gin tastes nice with Fever Tree Indian Tonic water with lime as a garnish.

Saturday Afternoon Baking

I think everyone has a cake they can call their speciality. Mine are chocolate chip muffins with melted chocolate on top. I have been making these for years, but to add a little twist I put within the mixture dark chocolate and white chocolate chips, half a Creme Egg in some cupcakes and half a Ferraro Roche in the rest.
