When I was studying at Art college, I would always travel up to London to check out the latest exhibitions. I would visit the Tate Modern, The Saatchi Gallery to see all pieces from the Brit Art era, Tracey Emin’s unmade bed, and Damien Hirst’s ‘Away from the Flock’ and many more weird and wonderful pieces.

I don’t really write a lot of personal stuff on this blog, I’m not really sure why? I want to start writing shorter posts about some of things that concern me or more topical and thought-provoking. Most of us have now heard the shocking news that former Love Island contestant Mike Thalassitis took his own life at the weekend. He is the second former Love Island contestant to do this within the space of a year.

How is March already? January felt like it lasted 3,445 days! February feels like it’s flown by and I’m starting to feel spring vibes!
We have been teased with some great weather over the last week, which has served as a lovely reminder that Spring does exist and is hopefully just around the corner. I hope it will be here to stay very soon. Spring is one of my favourite seasons. It signals new beginnings and I love the fresh mornings we are greeted with.
