Day nineteen on my GinMas countdown! The gin I have chosen for today is Edinburgh Rhubarb and Ginger Gin Liqueur.
This gin is from the same distillery as the Elderflower Gin Liqueur and the Raspberry Gin Liqueur, which I have included in my countdown (day ten and day fourteen)
Like with the other two gins, these are all liqueurs and will go well with tonic water, soda or lemonade, garnished with lime.
But of course, just like the other two, I have paired the Rhubarb and Ginger liqueur with some Prosecco, to create the ultimate Christmas fizz.
It adds a lovely bit of a sweet fruity taste and then a bit of warm spice with the ginger.
