GinMas – Day two

The second gin on my countdown is Ophir. I think this gin has a lovely story behind it. The botanicals used in Ophir are inspired by the ancient spice route.

You can have this gin with a few different tonics and garnishes, I’ve heard it can be paired with a bell pepper (something that I’m not brave enough to try.) It goes quite nice with ginger ale, which really brings out the botanical spices.

I have chosen to pair it with an Indian tonic garnished with an orange wedge as it balances out all those spicy flavours.

Tomorrow I will be revealing gin number three, so keep your eyes peeled on my Twitter and Instagram x
